Account Manager/Project Manager - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Project Manager with 2-3 years of experience with excellent communication skills. This person will serve as the sixth member of a squad, with a focus on project management and assisting the website strategist with hands-on tasks.

In Short

• Assist our website strategists with client website tasks.
• Join client calls, take notes, assist with general client tasks.
• Act as the main project manager for a 6-person team, managing a portfolio of 20-35 clients at a time.
• Help team plan/organize sprints.
• Scheduling meetings, rescheduling for team as needed.
• General administrative assistant tasks to support team.
• Managing client records in CRM and managing client reports.
• Watch client calls for process adherence, provide feedback.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of project management experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in managing client relationships.
• Ability to coordinate and organize tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
