The Account Project Manager will manage client relationships and oversee website strategy projects, acting as the central point of communication for clients and the internal team.

• Manage project workflows and communication with clients via Zoom, email, Basecamp, and Slack.
• Support website strategists with tasks such as content population and website strategy.
• Ensure project deliverables stay on track, adhering to established deadlines.
• Champion ClickUp usage within the team and improve processes for greater efficiency.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing travel bookings.
• Follow established processes for client onboarding and account management.
• Monitor client calls for process adherence and provide actionable feedback.
• Take on tasks that free up capacity for team members.

Requirements

• Experience in project management and client relations.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp.
• Proficiency in using communication tools like Zoom and Slack.
