Project Accounting Manager - Remote

Overview

The Project Accounting (PA) Manager is responsible to oversee the full project accounting support to assigned region and oversee whole team operations. Implement People and Culture theme in GSSC ensuring to attract, retain, develop people to enhance the team culture and position the business for continued sustainable growth.

In Short

• Build strong relationships with business leaders and process owners.
• Provide quality customer service and handle customer complaints.
• Ensure adequate internal controls are in place.
• Evaluate and streamline project accounting processes.
• Communicate team performance and strategize action plans.
• Foster team collaboration and promote health & safety.
• Assist in hiring processes and training new team members.
• Conduct team meetings to update on best practices.
• Communicate concerns and policies among management and team members.
• Manage direct line reports in accordance with company standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/College Degree, Major in Accountancy, CPA/MBA preferred.
• At least 3 years supervisory experience in a similar industry.
• Experience in a Shared Service or multinational environment.
• Experience with ERP Systems (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Advanced experience in Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Proactive and a committed team player.
• Proven strategic planning experience at management level.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
