• Join Remote as a Senior Solutions Consultant focusing on Mid Market and Enterprise customers.
• Work alongside senior sales executives to provide tailored consultative solutions.
• Proactively align solutions for complex deals with large customers.
• Build strong relationships with senior sales executives and act as a strategic advisor.
• Demonstrate success in winning complex opportunities as a solutions consultant.
• Assess complex customer requirements effectively.
• Familiarity with EOR, Contractor Management, Payroll, and HR technology landscape.
• Construct compelling presentations and solution demonstrations.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working remotely is a plus.

Requirements

• Proactive ownership of solution alignment for complex deals.
• Ability to build collaborative working relationships.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong business acumen to address multiple stakeholder requirements.
• Demonstrable success in solutions consulting.
• Experience in assessing complex customer requirements.
• Familiarity with EOR and HR technology.
• Ability to create value-based presentations.
• Fluent in English.
• Remote work experience is a plus.
