Overview

A UK-based client is looking for a meticulous and proactive Recruitment Administrator to keep their international remote team running smoothly. You'll be the operational backbone of the team — managing data, coordinating interviews, handling documentation, and ensuring every part of the recruitment process is accurately tracked and executed. This is a key support role for a fast-paced, tech-enabled recruitment business that values precision and reliability.

In Short

  • Maintain and update the ATS and CRM with candidate and client data
  • Coordinate interview scheduling between clients and candidates across time zones
  • Prepare and send contracts, terms of business, and placement documentation
  • Support consultants with CV formatting and submission tracking
  • Manage shared inboxes and respond to routine queries promptly
  • Produce weekly activity reports and data summaries for leadership
  • Assist with onboarding new starters and maintaining standard operating procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years in an administrative or coordination role
  • Experience in a recruitment, HR, or professional services environment preferred
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Comfortable working with CRM and ATS systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have access to a laptop and reliable, high-speed internet
  • A quiet, professional home-working environment
  • Ability to work UK business hours
