We’re seeking a dynamic and organised Marketing and Admin Coordinator to support a growing UK-based recruitment agency. This part-time role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a remote environment and is passionate about digital marketing. You'll play a key role in driving the agency's online presence, executing content strategies, and ensuring smooth administrative operations — all from the comfort of your home in South Africa.

In Short

  • Manage and schedule content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Create engaging written and visual content for social media and blog posts
  • Assist in developing and executing SEO strategies to increase web traffic
  • Monitor analytics and generate reports on digital performance
  • Maintain and update the company website and job listings as needed
  • Provide general administrative support including document preparation, email management, and database updates
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and track deliverables
  • Liaise with the UK team to ensure smooth communication and workflow

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing, digital content, or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of social media management, content creation, and SEO principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, Google Workspace, and WordPress (or similar)
  • Highly organised with good time management skills for part-time scheduling
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Must have a reliable laptop and high-speed internet connection
