We are looking for an experienced Five9 Outbound Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex operational challenges, taking ownership of client success, and working directly within Five9 to improve outbound performance and campaign efficiency.

You will act as a trusted advisor and hands-on operator for clients, managing outbound campaigns, troubleshooting issues, and driving strategic improvements that deliver tangible ROI.

In Short

• Build, configure, and maintain outbound campaigns within Five9.
• Monitor campaign KPIs daily and implement effective solutions.
• Troubleshoot dialler, routing, telephony, and agent configuration issues.
• Execute and maintain branded caller ID and spam mitigation strategies.
• Lead professional client review meetings with clear actions.
• Ensure client delivery remains within contracted hours.
• Develop outbound strategies that improve connect rates and efficiency.
• Advise clients on pacing logic and campaign optimisation.
• Manage projects through to completion with measurable improvements.
• Support integrated systems including Salesforce and RingCentral.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ hands-on CCaaS experience, preferably with Five9.
• Strong understanding of outbound dialling logic and campaign optimisation.
• Experience troubleshooting telephony and contact centre issues.
• Knowledge of TCPA compliance and spam prevention strategies.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to clients.
• Experience in BPO or multi-site contact centre environments is advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills for managing multiple projects.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
• Reliable laptop or desktop setup with stable high-speed internet connection.
