This fully remote role is ideal for a South Africa-based professional who excels in executive support, diary management, and confidential correspondence. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth administrative operations, managing high-level communications, and supporting senior executives. Enjoy a competitive salary of R28,000 per month, with standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (SAST).

In Short

  • Provide executive-level administrative support to senior attorneys and partners.
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Handle confidential communications and sensitive legal documents.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of executives.
  • Conduct legal research and assist in document preparation as required.
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure seamless document management.
  • Assist in organising virtual and in-person legal events and meetings.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
  • Strong organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems.
  • Experience handling confidential legal information with discretion.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
