In Short

  • Manage and coordinate executives’ calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements within the property sector.
  • Create, edit, and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with a focus on property-related materials.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and clients, vendors, and stakeholders in the property industry.
  • Organise property viewings, client meetings, and team events efficiently.
  • Track and manage internal and external communications, ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Provide support in market research, project management, and property listings preparation.
  • Assist in documenting, monitoring, and improving administrative processes within the business.
  • Prepare briefing materials for meetings with clients and stakeholders in the property market.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in other administrative roles.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Knowledge of the property industry is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
