Join a fast-growing UK-based recruitment agency specialising in cybersecurity talent solutions. We’re seeking a driven Business Development Executive with a proven track record in outbound sales and a strong grasp of technical terminology to support our continued expansion.

In Short

  • Proactively source and generate leads within the cybersecurity sector — no warm leads provided.
  • Conduct high-volume outreach using LinkedIn, email, and cold calls to engage potential clients.
  • Secure and schedule meetings for senior leadership, including the agency’s founder.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Confidently communicate with CISOs, IT Directors, and other senior stakeholders.
  • Understand and speak credibly about cybersecurity industry challenges, services, and trends.
  • Accurately update CRM systems with all prospect interactions and follow-ups.
  • Utilise tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Casper, and other lead-generation platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with recruitment goals.

Requirements

  • Proven track record selling services within the cybersecurity sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently generate and qualify leads from scratch.
  • Strong outbound business development skills, with confidence in cold calling and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Experience setting up meetings for senior leadership or sales closers.
  • Ability to speak confidently with senior-level stakeholders (e.g., CISO, Director).
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity terminology and pain points.
  • Proficiency in tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM platforms, and Casper (or similar contact-finding tools).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must have access to a laptop and reliable internet connection.
  • Availability to start between mid-November and early January.
