Overview

We are seeking a warm, proactive Client Success Assistant to support UK-based businesses in delivering exceptional experiences to their customers. You will be the first point of contact for client queries, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and relationships are maintained to the highest standard. This role is ideal for someone who is empathetic, organised, and passionate about helping people.

In Short

  • Respond to client queries via email, live chat, and ticketing systems in a timely and professional manner
  • Onboard new clients and guide them through product or service features
  • Monitor client accounts to proactively identify and resolve potential issues
  • Liaise with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM
  • Gather client feedback and share insights with the team to improve service delivery

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in customer support, client success, or account management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-first mindset
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Zendesk, Freshdesk)
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Patient, empathetic, and professional under pressure
