Remote Client Success Assistant

Overview

We are expanding our remote support team and are seeking client-centered individuals who enjoy helping others and managing multiple tasks. In this role, you will support clients by coordinating reservations and related services such as lodging, activities, transportation, and event-based arrangements.

Requirements

• Legal eligibility to work (US, UK, Mexico, Australia, or Spain)
• Strong English communication skills
• Reliable internet and smartphone (computer is also recommended)
• Organizational and customer service skills
