In Short

• Support creator engagement efforts by inviting creators to LTK events (virtual and in-person).
• Coordinate and host 1:1 meetings and webinars with creators.
• Manage and execute the Fast Track Program for creators.
• Oversee and maintain WhatsApp groups for creator communication.
• Support Business Partnership with creator communications.
• Execute communication via Trebble + email.
• Support ad-hoc projects as needed.

Requirements

• Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish (is a plus).
• Proficiency with general office software (Excel, Word, Google Docs).
• Strong interest in influencer marketing and digital media.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with tools like Trebble and basic project management software.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable with social media platforms.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dedication to operational excellence.
