• Assist high profile Creators with their LTK business focusing on strategy.
• Help creators build on e-commerce Shops by optimizing posting frequency.
• Respond to creator support tickets with effective solutions.
• Support special projects to increase Creator earning opportunities.
• Conduct weekly performance reporting on creators.
• Evaluate and approve creator applications for the LTK platform.
• Ensure a seamless experience on the LTK platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer relations, social media, and creator marketing.
• Willingness to understand how data informs strategy.
• Understanding of social media practices and posting strategies.
• Required English language skills (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Drive.
• A desire to help out teammates and learn alongside fantastic people.
• Ability to manipulate data to inform strategic decisions.
