Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Developer – Tech Recruitment to drive growth and establish strong client relationships within the UK tech recruitment sector.

In Short

  • Fully remote position based in South Africa.
  • Aligned with UK hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am – 4 pm.
  • Salary range of R65,000 – R75,000 per month, excluding commission.
  • 5+ years of experience in tech recruitment within a recruitment agency environment.
  • Develop strategies to grow the company’s tech recruitment market share in the UK.
  • Identify business opportunities and trends in tech talent acquisition.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives and hiring managers.
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes from prospecting to closing contracts.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to align client requirements with hiring strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analyze performance metrics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in tech recruitment within a recruitment agency.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in tech recruitment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strategic mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership experience managing teams.
  • Proficiency in ATS, CRM tools, and recruitment platforms.
