Recruiter/Sourcer - Internal - Remote

Overview

We are a US-based company providing virtual assistant services globally. As we continue to expand our operations in Africa, we are seeking a talented Recruiter to support our hiring needs in the region.

In Short

• Source qualified candidates for virtual assistant and related roles across Africa and globally.
• Screen applicants to ensure they meet client requirements and company standards.
• Collect and verify hiring requirements from clients and hiring managers.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Schedule interviews with candidates, senior recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Track recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Conduct interviews and assist in evaluating final candidate selections once trained.
• Support continuous improvements in recruitment processes.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the African talent market.
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Experience with sourcing tools, job boards, and professional networks.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a remote environment.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
