Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Outreach Coordinator to lead our email and social media outreach efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with gym owners and schedule them as guests for our podcast. You’ll be provided a curated list of leads and will be expected to send outreach messages, handle follow-ups, and manage the scheduling process seamlessly.

• Reach out to gym owners via email and social media DMs to invite them to join our podcast.
• Use a provided lead list and adapt messaging to each contact.
• Schedule podcast recordings efficiently, coordinating availability between guests and hosts.
• Follow up with unresponsive leads and reschedule as needed.
• Maintain a clear and organized outreach and booking tracker.
• Communicate professionally and warmly to build rapport and excitement.

Requirements

• Strong written English and communication skills.
• Experience with outreach via email or social platforms like Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn.
• Scheduling experience (Riverside, Calendly, Google Calendar, or similar tools).
• Detail-oriented and well-organized with the ability to manage multiple outreach threads.
• Friendly, professional, and not afraid to follow up persistently (but politely).
• Prior experience working with fitness professionals or podcasts is a plus—but not required.
