In Short

• Build the operational backbone of our content systems.
• Execute the day-to-day work related to marketing operations.
• Light video editing for social content.
• Manage social media posts including scheduling and publishing.
• Oversee ad campaign management and optimization.
• Provide client reporting and performance summaries.
• Document systems and create SOPs, templates, and checklists.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements.
• Track performance metrics and suggest continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Must be a systems thinker with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Self-directed and able to work independently.
• Experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.).
• Familiarity with social media scheduling platforms.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
• Experience with project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, etc.).
• Background in marketing agencies is a plus.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple clients.
• Strong documentation skills.
