The Insurance Account Manager provides critical back-office support for small group clients, focusing on client needs through email servicing, managing monthly renewals, and ensuring administrative accuracy.

• Respond to inbound client inquiries via email.

Requirements

• 2+ years in benefits administration, insurance, or HR support.
• Strong experience with Salesforce and Employee Navigator.
• High level of accuracy in processing and documentation.
• Familiarity with COBRA and Section 125 Plans.
• Ability to track multiple renewals and respond promptly.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Mindset for process improvement and operational consistency.
