Certified Public Accountant (CPA) & Administrative Assistant - Remote

Overview

This is a dual-role opportunity for a Certified Public Accountant who will manage accounting and payroll while providing administrative support to enhance business efficiency.

In Short

• Perform full-cycle bookkeeping and accounting tasks.
• Prepare financial statements and reports.
• Process payroll accurately and on time.
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and expenses.
• Ensure tax compliance and coordinate with external accountants.
• Manage internal and external communications via email and phone.
• Research suppliers for materials and services.
• Conduct business performance analysis with recommendations.
• Organize internal files and schedules.
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

• CPA certification (Philippines) is required.
• Experience in bookkeeping, payroll, and full-cycle accounting.
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-driven and independent.
• Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
