Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - Remote

Overview

Join our growing team of CPAs supporting clients in diverse industries, including Homeowners Association (HOA) Management, Residential and Commercial Property Maintenance, and Accounting Firms. We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented CPAs to fill several positions and help our clients manage their accounting needs effectively.

In Short

• Manage accounting for a portfolio of community associations.
• Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial statements.
• Lead annual budget preparation and reviews.
• Collaborate with site teams on financial projects.
• Support auditors with annual audits and tax return preparation.
• Conduct peer reviews of community financials.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Accounting Management team.
• Minimum of 3 years of accrual and fund accounting experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting accounting issues.
• Ability to work remotely, starting at 2 PM PST after training.

Requirements

• Experience in the community management industry.
• Familiarity with multi-entity financial statements.
• Working knowledge of the construction/contracting industry.
• Proficiency in bookkeeping, AR/AP, and financial analysis.
• CPA certification with strong full-cycle accounting experience.
• Time flexibility to accommodate US-based clients.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
