Overview

We are a US-based custom manufacturing company looking for dedicated and loyal individuals who can contribute to our goals as Certified Public Accountants.

In Short

• Analyze, organize, and update financial records.
• Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy in financial documents.
• Conduct daily reconciliation of various accounts.
• Setup financial accounts as needed.
• Oversee ledger reconciliation and manage accounts payable/receivables.
• Liaise with Tax Accountants for tax payments and returns.
• Monitor bookkeeping activities regularly.
• Keep company financial information confidential.
• Ensure vendor accounts are up to date.

Requirements

• Excellent fluent English verbal and written communication.
• Bachelor’s/College Degree in a relevant field.
• Proven work experience as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Experience in US Accounting System preferred.
• Familiarity with accounting applications and financial statements.
• Motivation to exceed expectations while working independently.
• Friendly, fast learner with a “can-do” attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer skills.
