  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain clear documentation of issues and resolutions.
  • Provide feedback on workflows and support processes.
  • Stay up-to-date on global employment laws and company policies.
  • Share insights and knowledge with teammates.
  • 2-3+ years of experience in customer support or operations.
  • Proficiency in support platforms like Zendesk.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English.

Requirements

  • Experience in EOR or payroll-related support.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proactive nature.
  • Ability to collaborate in a remote-first environment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws across multiple countries is a plus.
  • Advanced Zendesk expertise is desirable.
  • Multilingual skills are beneficial.
