In Short

• Interact professionally with state licensing boards, clinicians, and internal teams.
• Act as a liaison regarding licensure requirements and application statuses.
• Process clinician licensing applications to meet daily goals.
• Develop internal licensing processes.
• Request and verify clinician credentials for licensing.
• Complete provider applications across various states.
• Participate in departmental meetings.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years experience in Medical Provider Licensing.
• Experience with multi-state and specialty licensing.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Above-average organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
