Remo Health is seeking an entrepreneurial and results-driven Field Marketer & Care Advocate to spearhead our expansion into new markets, focusing initially on Washington. This role is crucial for establishing local brand presence, building trust within the dementia care ecosystem, and driving initial market adoption and enrollment.

In Short

• Develop and execute comprehensive Go-To-Market (GTM) plans for Washington.
• Advise on high-value multi-channel marketing tactics tailored to local needs.
• Drive patient referrals through community partnerships and direct enrollment.
• Manage and maximize marketing budgets effectively.
• Serve as the primary local brand ambassador for Remo Health.
• Foster relationships with key local organizations and manage partnerships.
• Lead execution of high-impact local events.
• Track performance and gather market intelligence to inform strategy.
• Develop clear reports to communicate regional performance.
• Collaborate effectively across various teams.

Requirements

• Live in Washington.
• 5+ years of marketing or care advocacy experience, preferably in digital health or senior care.
• Proven expertise in developing localized B2B2C partnerships.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem.
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the target market.
• Highly motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
