We empower family caregivers by connecting them with a community of other caregivers, expert content, and tools to manage the entire dementia journey – from anywhere, at any time. In Short

• Lead generation and campaign management for member acquisition.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for reporting channel and funnel performance.
• Support copy generation for patient-facing and B2B communications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive awareness and engagement.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
• Engage in community-based organization outreach.
• Lead content strategy across social media channels.
• Launch local ambassador programs in key geographies.
• Support the Engagement Marketing function in managing campaigns.
• Work in a highly collaborative and creative remote environment.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of marketing experience in digital health.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with analytics tools such as Tableau and Mixpanel.
• Experience with ESPs like Braze.
• Passion for creative problem-solving.
• Desire to learn and grow in a startup environment.
• Strong desire to make a difference in dementia care.
