The Director of Quality Engineering is responsible for ensuring the overall quality of Reltio products through efficient testing practices, automation, and monitoring quality metrics.

Requirements

• Engineering degree in computer science/information technology; Master’s preferred
• 20+ years of experience in product development QA roles
• 10+ years leading QA teams
• Experience in data management domain
• Knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Google, Azure)
• Proven experience in developing quality metrics
• Hands-on experience with quality test frameworks
• Knowledge of agile methodologies
• Experience managing remote teams
• Prior experience in MDM or Data Unification domain
