We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with a focus on hiring for tech, product, and data science roles in emerging markets. The ideal candidate should have a strong recruitment background, be skilled in developing processes, have expertise in assessments, and possess talent analytics skills. They should also have experience leading and mentoring teams.

• Lead full-cycle recruitment process for tech, product, and data science positions in emerging markets, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
• Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent.
• Conduct market research on emerging market recruitment trends and best practices.
• Utilize various recruitment channels (social media, job boards, networking events) to source and attract top talent.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial screens to identify potential candidates.

• Develop and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and quality of hire.
