Overview

As a Customer Service Associate at Relay Payments, you will serve as an ambassador for the brand, ensuring excellent customer service standards and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

In Short

  • Professionally answer inbound calls, chats, and emails from customers.
  • Follow-up with customers for further research or communication of resolution.
  • Communicate customer feedback to internal stakeholders.
  • Greet customers with empathy and warmth.
  • Review and record important customer information.
  • Work with team leadership to ensure effective customer service delivery.
  • Resolve product or service issues with empathy.
  • Work hours are 11:30am-8pm Monday through Friday.

Requirements

  • Professional Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
  • 1+ year of customer service or call center experience preferred.
  • Extensive verbal communication skills required.
  • Excellent email and written communication skills required.
  • Passion for learning and supporting new product offerings.
  • Ability to develop relationships across the organization.
