  • Position: Client Advisor, Strategic Accounts
  • Location preference: Greater Atlanta area or fully remote candidates

  • Lead configuration optimization projects with stakeholders
  • Develop data visualizations for actionable insights
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration for product releases
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance
  • Travel requirement: 10%-25%

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in client management
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred
  • Strong presentation skills, both written and oral
  • Experience in risk management and upsell pipelines
