Headhunter - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Headhunter for a Mexican agency specialized in human capital. The role involves identifying hiring needs, creating job descriptions, conducting interviews, preparing reports, and managing candidates. The agency offers AI solutions for attracting, selecting, and managing talent, driving business results and employee engagement.

In Short

• Collaborate closely with the Hiring Manager to understand the requirements of open positions.
• Create Job Descriptions aligned with client needs.
• Implement various strategies and use different platforms to identify, attract, and connect with qualified talent.
• Conduct preliminary interviews to assess experience and skills.
• Maintain and update information on current and potential candidates for future opportunities.
• Prepare detailed reports of interviewed candidates to present to clients as part of the selection process.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in headhunting, recruitment, or talent acquisition (mandatory).
• Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and managing candidate databases.
• Intermediate proficiency in the Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Effective communication skills and ability to evaluate candidates.
• Knowledge and use of talent search tools and job platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, Computrabajo, among others).
• Intermediate/advanced level of English, both oral and written (desirable).
