refive is building the engagement layer for physical retail: digital receipts, QR/NFC touchpoints, and post-purchase journeys that help brands and retailers turn anonymous shoppers into known customers. We work with retailers like Puma, EuroShop, and Orlen and are scaling fast across Europe and beyond. We are a close-knit team, distributed across three continents, with a base in Berlin. We’re building an AI powered startup, flat hierarchy and a tight, efficient team.

• Lead the entire marketing function in a lean-team structure.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in B2B SaaS or tech marketing.
• Proven track record of running campaigns end to end.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Experience with automation tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier.
• Ability to balance strategic planning and execution.
• Strong content quality instinct and writing skills.
• Curiosity about new tools and modern marketing practices.
• Proficiency in HubSpot and GA4.
• Retail or martech experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of one or more European languages is a bonus.
