Overview

The Elastic Support team is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join a growing and ever-evolving team of rock stars. This role allows you to work from home or an unaffiliated co-working space.

In Short

  • Work directly with customers to resolve issues related to accounts, billing, and platform access.
  • Become a subject matter authority on partner account billing details.
  • Perform deep analysis across business systems for account-related issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Educate customers on their cloud-based accounts.
  • Identify improvements to business systems and processes.
  • Communicate trends to management to improve offerings.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base for customer support.

Requirements

  • Understanding of technical troubleshooting for cloud services.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience.
