Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Telehealth) - Remote

Overview

Reema Health is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Licensed Mental Health Therapist to serve the behavioral healthcare needs of our members through a personalized, community-based approach to care.

In Short

• Provide telehealth services to members with behavioral health needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
• Assess and diagnose behavioral health conditions.
• Formulate treatment plans in consultation with the health team.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions and therapy.
• Participate in case conferences for comprehensive care.
• Support referrals for additional specialty care as needed.
• Document care in electronic medical records.
• Contribute to the design of clinical pathways for treatment.

Requirements

• LCSW, LMFT or LPC with an active license in Ohio.
• 2+ years of outpatient experience with adults.
• 3+ years in assessing and managing behavioral patient care.
• 1+ years of telemedicine experience.
• Experience with underserved populations.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed psychotherapy.
• Comfort with electronic medical records.
• Ability to make accurate clinical assessments.
• Teamwork skills with various healthcare professionals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and telecommunication tools.
