Overview

Reema Health is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Licensed Mental Health Therapist to serve the behavioral healthcare needs of our members through a personalized, community-based approach to care.

In Short

• Assess and diagnose behavioral health conditions.
• Formulate treatment plans in collaboration with the health team.
• Provide therapeutic interventions and therapy.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
• Support members in accessing additional specialty care.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary case conferences.
• Document care in the EMR system.

Requirements

• LCSW, LMFT or LPC with an active license in Washington.
• 2+ years of outpatient experience with adults.
• 3+ years in assessing and managing behavioral patient care.
• 1+ years of telemedicine experience.
• Excellent knowledge of trauma-informed psychotherapy.
• Comfort with electronic medical records.
• Ability to make accurate clinical assessments.
• Teamwork and communication skills.
