Reema Health is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Licensed Mental Health Therapist to serve the behavioral healthcare needs of our members through a personalized, community-based approach to care.

• Position involves assessing and diagnosing behavioral health conditions.

Requirements

• LCSW, LMFT or LPC with an active license in Wisconsin.
• 2+ years of outpatient experience with adults enrolled in Medicaid or Medicare.
• 3+ years of experience in behavioral patient care management.
• 1+ years of telemedicine experience.
• Excellent knowledge of trauma-informed psychotherapy.
• Comfort with electronic medical records and technology.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong clinical assessment skills.
• Willingness to cross license in other states.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and telecommunication tools.
