Overview

We are looking for a CFO Co-founder to co-build an AI-driven startup focused on automating accounting and financial processes for modern businesses.

In Short

• Designing and overseeing the company’s financial and accounting architecture.
• Ensuring product automation logic reflects real accounting workflows.
• Building financial models, forecasts, and unit economics.
• Overseeing accounting, reporting, and compliance frameworks.
• Co-managing the company with the founding team.
• Designing budgeting and cash-flow processes.
• Preparing investor financial materials and leading fundraising.
• Setting up financial KPIs and performance dashboards.
• Supporting pricing and revenue model decisions.
• Shaping company culture around ownership and accountability.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience in finance and accounting.
• Practical knowledge of accounting office operations.
• Experience in financial reporting and compliance.
• Background as CFO, Head of Finance, or similar.
• Strong analytical mindset and financial modeling skills.
• Ability to operate in high-uncertainty environments.
• Strong communication skills with technical teams.
• C1+ level of spoken and written English and Polish.
