This role involves co-founding an AI-driven startup focused on automating accounting and financial processes for modern businesses. The COO / CTO will shape the technology and operational backbone of the company.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of leadership experience in startups
• Experience in building products or operations from scratch
• 3+ years in roles like CTO, COO, or VP Engineering
• Hands-on experience in automation and AI
• Strong understanding of product development
• Knowledge of project management and process design
• Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent analytical skills
• Ability to thrive in high-uncertainty environments
• C1+ level of spoken and written English and Polish
