IT Process Automation Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an IT Process Manager (Asana, G-suite) to join our global team. Lead the transformation of our operations by automating workflows in Asana, managing our Google Workspace backbone, and ensuring seamless deployment of new IT solutions.

In Short

• Workflow Standardization and Automation in Asana (60%);
• Design and implement scalable project and task management workflows in Asana.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to automate repetitive tasks.
• Manage user accounts and configurations within Google Workspace.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of IT tools.
• Document results and work with IT teams on improvements.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities;
• Languages: Ukrainian or Russian.
