Site Manager for Process Automation - Remote

Overview

Lead the Berlin site as a Site Manager! You are an experienced leader with a passion for plant engineering and automation technology. You want to take on responsibility in an innovative company and actively shape the development of a site.

In Short

• Lead and develop a team of approximately 13-14 employees.
• Coordinate the organizational processing of projects, including capacity planning and resource management.
• Plan and implement strategic goals for the Berlin site in line with company objectives.
• Responsible for optimizing site processes and team development.
• Attractive annual salary of up to €99,000.
• Opportunity to work 1-2 days a week from home.
• Long-term development perspectives in a key position.
• Flexible working hours with core hours from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
• 30 vacation days and relocation cost coverage if needed.
• Direct contact with management for active site development.

Requirements

• Completed degree in automation technology, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or industrial engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience as an engineer and 2-3 years in team leadership.
• Experience in project management and customer relations.
• Very good German language skills (at least C1) and English proficiency.
• Possession of a Class B driver's license.
