Reddit is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Strategic Finance Manager to support user growth efforts, influencing how the company understands, forecasts, and invests in future growth.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in building financial models.
• Ability to work with complex datasets and synthesize insights.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; SQL or BI tools experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
