Overview

As a (Junior) Marketing Manager at Redcare Pharmacy, you will play a key role in building partnerships and driving growth in the Belgian and French markets through innovative cooperation models.

• Build and scale marketing partnerships in Belgium and France.
• Manage performance and sustainable growth through KPI optimization.
• Collaborate with the Brand Team to develop impactful campaign assets.
• Enhance onsite banner and coupon strategies for customer acquisition.
• Support cross-functional marketing projects with a focus on AI.
• Plan and implement the coupon business with partners.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
• Motivated and analytical with a strong interest in data and KPIs.
• Team player comfortable in an international environment.
• Fluent in German and English; French or Dutch is a plus.
• Willing to meet the team in Cologne at least once a month.
