In Short

  • Driving the product and sales strategy to establish the platform as a market leader in public procurement automation.
  • Leading and managing the sales and business development team to acquire and retain B2B clients.
  • Overseeing the product development roadmap to align with market needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders in the public procurement ecosystem.
  • Ensuring the platform meets all legal and compliance requirements related to public tenders.
  • Identifying and executing growth opportunities, including partnerships and new revenue streams.
  • Collaborating with engineering and product teams to optimize automation and AI-driven functionalities.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a software house or SaaS company.
  • Proven track record in participating in and winning public tenders.
  • Strong experience in B2B sales and business development.
  • Understanding of software product management focused on automation and AI-driven solutions.
  • Familiarity with legal and procedural aspects of public tenders.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with both private and government entities.
  • Experience in scaling SaaS products and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
