Overview

As VP of Engineering, you’ll play a pivotal leadership role in building and scaling TenderPro’s technology from MVP to a mature SaaS platform, owning the technical vision and leading the engineering team.

• Define and own the technical architecture and roadmap for TenderPro.
• Lead and grow the engineering team.
• Oversee AI strategy and implementation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in leadership roles.
• Strong experience with Python and backend systems.
• Openness to no-code/low-code solutions.
• Proven track record of delivering agentic solutions.
• Experienced in Context Engineering.
• Experience in architectural decision-making in a B2B context.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
