Field Support Manager - Remote

Overview

The Field Support Manager will assist in overseeing expansion projects and lead a high-performing team of Account Managers at Red Bull Distribution Company.

• Assist the Director of Field Support in expansion projects.
• Participate in hiring and training new talent.
• Lead and develop a team of Account Managers.
• Teach sales skills including cold calling and retail math.
• Conduct meetings and workshops for operational improvement.
• Communicate with stakeholders to implement initiatives.
• Build a diverse organization reflecting marketplace values.
• Ensure adherence to company standards and procedures.
• Provide mentoring and feedback to team members.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in DSD management.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills.
• Understanding of computer ordering systems.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• DOT medical card required.
