Trade Marketing Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Trade Marketing Specialist is responsible for detail planning of Consumer Activation Plans (CAP), In-store executions and communications to maximize sales by driving instore visibilities and delivering Look Like #1. This includes POSM development and its management, Consumer activation planning, and communication in Trade show. These communications and activations are critical to drive visibility in-store by show Red Bull Branding by fully utilize Red Bull asset. It is also expected to equip sales members with the understanding Red Bull Branding and support implementation with right tools.

It is very important for this role to find a best way to maximize in-store visibility and sales by keeping branding and its premium personalities.

• Drive in-store visibility for Look Like #1.
• Develop consumer activation plans utilizing Red Bull assets.

Requirements

• University Degree in business, marketing or similar.
• 3-5 years of experience in FMCG with Trade Marketing experience.
• Sales experience is highly preferred.
• Leadership and proactive actions.
• Understanding of markets and shopper behavior.
• Intermediate English speaking and writing skills.
• MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good presentation skills.
