Overview

The Trade Marketing Specialist is responsible for detail planning of Consumer Activation Plans (CAP), In-store executions and communications to maximize sales by driving instore visibilities and delivering Look Like #1.

• Plan national and customized consumer activation plans to increase in-store visibility.
• Communicate with sales and marketing teams for optimal use of Red Bull assets.
• Develop POSMs to enhance in-store visibility.
• Optimize POSM management and costs.
• Conduct training for sales members on store concepts.
• Maximize trade show exposure.
• Manage and optimize assigned budget.

Requirements

• University Degree in business, marketing or similar.
• 3-5 years of experience in FMCG sector with Trade Marketing experience.
• Leadership skills and proactive approach.
• Understanding of markets, sales, and shopper behavior.
• Intermediate English communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Good presentation skills.
