Product Content Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Product Content Manager at Rectangle Health, you will play a crucial role in empowering customers with the training, documentation, and in-app guidance they need to succeed with our products.

In Short

• Create and maintain feature guides for internal and external audiences
• Develop and maintain in-product click-through training experiences that drive action
• Provide technical documentation support to the Product team
• Develop and maintain feature-specific training videos
• Own the creation of internal and customer-facing release notes
• Inventory and consolidate support articles and User Guide contents
• Manage our new Help Center ensuring contents are current
• Champion new high-impact content as opportunities arise

Requirements

• 2-6 years' experience in customer enablement, technical writing, or product training
• Strong ability to translate complex product functionality into easy-to-understand content
• Experience creating training videos and Help Center documentation
• Experience thriving in a fast-paced, start-up environment
• Familiarity with Salesforce Knowledge, WordPress, and Pendo is a plus
• Excellent communication, editing, and project management skills
