Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer support experience (SaaS/software preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills—written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-first mindset.
  • Self-starter attitude with solid time management.
  • Tech-savvy, quick to learn tools and systems.
