Senior Engineering Manager, ASI - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead and coordinate our cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful and timely delivery of our product initiatives.

In Short

• Manage and mentor team leads and members across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Coordinate closely with the Director of Engineering and peer Engineering Managers.
• Drive the continuous improvement of engineering practices and processes.
• Ensure high availability, quality, low latency, and scalability in product features.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of product features and updates.
• Implement and maintain agile methodologies via Jira and Confluence.
• Oversee the use of GitHub and GitLab for code management.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in software engineering.
• At least 4 years in a management or leadership role.
• Production-level development experience in Python, Go, or C.
• Familiarity with key technologies such as message busses/queues.
• Extensive familiarity with the TCP/IP protocol stack.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
